Must Have
Fluency in French and English is required, 2-5 years’ experience of project and change management in strategic transformation projects, Proven experience in multinational/multicultural projects, 2-4 years of work experience outside the home country
What You'll Do.
Lead Change Management (CM) workstream in transformation projects
Ensure project meets qualitative objectives
Develop and implement change management strategies
Minimize resistant behaviors from employees
Support adoption to changes required
Integrate CM activities in project plans
Ensure quality of change deliverables
Drive regional Change Management activities
