minimum 10 years of relevant actuarial work experience in insurance industry, proven experience in a similar actuarial pricing role within General Insurance, technical capability, stakeholder management skills, proven experience working with large and complex datasets, building complex predictive models using standard pricing techniques, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Effective interpersonal skills, ability to manage competing prioritises, meet deadlines, work independently, Proven experience leading and developing junior members of the team, Hands-on experience with programming languages (e. g. SQL, Python, R), Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e. g. Power BI)

This role is responsible for end‑to‑end pricing analytics, including the development of pricing models and rating tools, and works with actuarial and underwriting stakeholders across regions. This role also provides technical leadership and mentoring within the pricing team. Key Responsibilities * Manage and undertake end‑to‑end pricing analytics, including data preparation, technical pricing model development, validation, and impact analysis * Manage rate change implementation, ensuring robust version control, documentation, and compliance with governance standards * Contribute to portfolio monitoring, including rate adequacy assessments and annual rate reviews * Maintains strong quality controls and standards throughout the pricing process * Identify and drive process improvements, contributing to the design, build, testing, and implementation of enhanced or new processes
