This role also provides technical leadership and mentoring within the pricing team. Key Responsibilities * Manage and undertake end‑to‑end pricing analytics, including data preparation, technical pricing model development, validation, and impact analysis * Manage rate change implementation, ensuring robust version control, documentation, and compliance with governance standards * Contribute to portfolio monitoring, including rate adequacy assessments and annual rate reviews * Maintains strong quality controls and standards throughout the pricing process * Identify and drive process improvements, contributing to the design, build, testing, and implementation of enhanced or new processes
