What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 - 5 years of experience in the field of environment, Experience of the internal auditor (audit preparation, audit performing, etc.), Experience in environmental aspect risk, ISO 14001, Project management, Leadership experience (minimum 2 years), English - minim B2
Nice to Have
ISO 45001 certificate, Standard 190011, Waste management diploma
What You'll Do.
Implement continuous improvement activities
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
Evaluate possible impacts on processes
Implement measures for compliance
Ensure legally required permits are applied
Evaluate permit conditions
Implement ESH policy requirements
Lead the Environmental Group
Ensure reporting of management system performance
Represent Continental in negotiations
Conduct environmental checks/audits
Ensure systematic waste management
Plan/initiate environmental improvement projects
