Full Job Description

## Accountabilities As the leader of a portfolio of software businesses, you will be responsible for driving long-term growth, operational excellence, and leadership development across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include: Define and execute growth strategies, operational priorities, and performance objectives across a portfolio of 5–7 business units. Coach, mentor, and support business unit leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and organizational performance. Monitor and improve key business metrics, including recurring revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment of commercial, operational, and administrative functions. Support product innovation initiatives and help leaders evaluate opportunities to improve customer value through technology enhancements. Identify practical applications of AI, automation, predictive analytics, and related technologies that improve business outcomes and internal processes. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities within targeted vertical markets. Establish and review key performance indicators through regular forecasting, reporting, and business reviews. Promote data-driven decision-making and operational discipline while preserving entrepreneurial flexibility within each business unit. Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced software industry executive with a proven ability to scale businesses, develop leaders, and drive operational excellence. 10+ years of leadership experience within the software industry, ideally in vertical SaaS environments.
