Must Have
Meet OCFS background check requirements, Associate’s degree in education, youth development, social work, or related field, Familiarity with DYCD COMPASS program standards and OCFS SACC regulations
Nice to Have
Preferred connection to Harlem or similar urban communities, Bilingual (Spanish fluency a plus)
What You'll Do.
support the facilitation of food
and enrichment activities for youth
and supportive environment
day to day classroom support
maintain program expectations
and DYCD and DOH compliance standards
assisting with administrative tasks
leading student pick up from partner school sites
safely transporting participants to Harlem Grown program locations
