Eligibility Requirements

E shift (Monday through Friday) 7: 00 p. m. to 5: 30a. m., may require overtime, Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping and bending, Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently, frequently required to walk, occasionally is required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or reach with hands and climb or stoop, push, pull, kneel, crouch, or and talk or hear, regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, works in a warehouse/production environment, occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, noise level in the work environment is usually loud, exposure to the manufacturing areas where certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment, final candidates are subject to drug screen and background checks

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School diploma or equivalent required, Demonstrated leadership skills required, Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports, Basic math skills, Sufficient Manual dexterity to operate machines properly, Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts products, Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping and bending, Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently

Nice to Have

preference in equipment assembly or high speed equipment operation

What You'll Do.

Maintaining control over the production line at all times which may require close interaction with Mfg. Engineering

Maintenance and Quality

Ensure all daily production activities are thoroughly communicated to Supervisors

May be required to perform tasks associated with troubleshooting product quality and performance

Maintain the production line in a safe

clean and organized environment

Assist as needed on the production line

support production goals and time-tables

which may require overtime

Utilizing knowledge of ISO14000 & TS16949 ensures all associates follow procedures and work instructions

and down time reports are completed properly and timely

Product and/or component dimensions are checked via in-process inspection check sheets with use of various indicators and gauges as described in procedures or work instructions

Equipment is monitored for unusual sounds

movements or appearance that may indicate problems

Changing of simple parts and fixtures to facilitate changeover of product types

Visually and manually check for defects in product or workmanship

Recording of process equipment settings and conditions using equipment verification check sheets
