Must Have

High School Diploma or GED, Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experience, Experience performing all tasks within the department, Acceptable attendance record with four (4) or less attendance points in the past twelve (12)

Nice to Have

Associates Degree or Technical Degree, Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office suite, Experience in Lean Manufacturing principle, Value stream experience, 5S experience, Seven General Types of Waste experience, Project planning experience

What You'll Do.

Perform and demonstrate most tasks of the department

Motivate team members

Assign work to team members

Bring employee concerns to supervisor

Adjust workflow to meet schedule

Perform product inspections

Evaluate work quality

Perform inventory of stock

Communicate shortages to personnel

Maintain manufacturing paperwork

Complete manufacturing paperwork

Lead by example through hands-on work

Interact with customers

Interact with suppliers

Interact with vendors

Maintain safe work environment
