What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience in a high performing talent and/or learning team, Excellent working knowledge of the Cornerstone Platform or similar enterprise LMS, its delivery and reporting capabilities, Extensive experience in design and delivery of training and development activities, Experience of training needs analysis and expertise in the diagnosis and design of learning and development interventions, Demonstrable experience of being able to develop a skills strategy to support a global agenda, including development of skills pathways and career pathways, Has worked internationally in a highly matrixed environment with a requirement to collaborate and influence extensively to get things done, project management skills with excellent attention to detail, Able to plan and execute multiple initiatives and manage multiple projects at the same time, Able to plan and manage budgets, coaching skills with experience coaching teams and individuals at all levels across a range of development areas, Experience and demonstrable interest for the development of HR technology to deliver and support learning, for example AI application, customer focus and moves at pace to respond to customer needs, Balances expertise and thought-leadership in talent and development with a practical, hands-on approach, Able to think and act both strategically and operationally, Strives to achieve big goals and is happy to muck in and do what’s needed to get things over the line, Commercially minded, constantly seeks out ways to make things more effective and makes sound decisions that benefit the business and demonstrate ROI, Data savvy, comfortable with metrics, good analytical skills and able to position the benefits of activities in both quantitative and qualitative terms, Comfortable in their own skin, positive, upbeat, straightforward and down-to-earth, open to new ideas and experiences and acknowledges the contribution of others, Creative and curious about new technologies, embraces digital, looks for innovative new ways of doing things and doesn’t rely on the tried and trusted, A good communicator who simplifies complexity, engages proactively with stakeholders and builds rapport and influence at all levels

Drive improvements to Rentokil Initial’s performance management process
Manage the Group level reporting to the ELT and process readiness on an annual basis
Play a lead role in the shaping and implementation of initiatives that improve Equality
Diversity and Inclusion
Lead the U+ team who deliver virtual and system based learning solutions
Business partner with the regional learning and development leads and HRDs
Provide Data analytics to the regions and to Group Leadership
