What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED Certification, 1+ year teaching or coaching experience, Ability to physically demonstrate and effectively teach format, Olympic lifting certification (USAW L1, CF-L1, or equivalent), Reformer Pilates experience or certification, Background in yoga, mobility, and/or strength training, Leadership presence and ability to coach across all fitness levels, Background in sprint coaching and sprinting biomechanics, At least one nationally recognized certification related to chosen format
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, Experience teaching across multiple fitness modalities, Familiarity with heart rate training tools, Proven ability to build member relationships, Experience leading group-based athletic conditioning classes, Experience with goal-oriented athlete development, Experience in bootcamp-style formats, Background in Barre, Yoga Sculpt, Warrior Sculpt, Pilates Mat Fusion, or rhythm-based fitness formats, Motivational ideal for yoga teachers, yoga sculpt, barre, or fitness instructors, Experience with periodized programming
