As the business continues to grow through both organic expansion and strategic acquisition, we are looking for an exceptional Group HR Director to help lead the next chapter of our journey.   The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group HR Director will own and evolve the people strategy across the entire Right Formula Group. This is not a traditional HR leadership role. You will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Management Team, helping shape organisational growth, leadership capability, culture, talent strategy and future acquisitions.
