What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in business, Economics, Law, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or similar, 10–15 years of experience in corporate sustainability, exposure to topics such as climate, energy, circularity, workforce and governance, Fluent in English, Dutch, French
Nice to Have
Experience in construction or infrastructure is a plus, Proven international exposure

Build global sustainability network

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a key advisor to executive leadership; Drive collaboration with Legal, Compliance and ICT; Build and manage relationships with auditors, rating agencies, certification bodies, NGOs and regulators; Shape BESIX’s sustainability positioning in close collaboration with Communication; Represent the Group in key national and international forums and partnerships; Coach and empower stakeholders across the organisation; Foster alignment and collaboration across a complex, international business environment
