What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in business, Economics, Law, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or similar, 10–15 years of experience in corporate sustainability, with exposure to topics such as climate, energy, circularity, workforce and governance, Proven international exposure, Fluent in English, combined with Dutch and/or French
Nice to Have
Experience in construction or infrastructure is a plus

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Build and lead a global sustainability network across regions and business units; Drive collaboration with Legal, Compliance and ICT; Build and manage relationships with auditors, rating agencies, certification bodies, NGOs and regulators; Shape BESIX’s sustainability positioning in close collaboration with Communication; Represent the Group in key national and international forums and partnerships; Coach and empower stakeholders across the organisation; Foster alignment and collaboration across a complex, international business environment
