What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10 years of experience in media planning or integrated marketing, with a heavy emphasis on the social commerce sector, Deep understanding of the skincareeauty market landscape, including consumer behavior, ingredient trends, and regulatory nuances, Expert knowledge of 360 media strategy (Offline, Digital, Performance, and Earned media), Proven track record of leading medium-to-large, A creative thinker who looks beyond standard media plans and focuses on "unconventional" ways to capture attention, Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into a clear narrative for media activation
Nice to Have
Brand Marketing management background will be a plus point
