What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10 years of experience in media planning, integrated marketing, or communications strategy, Proven experience handling senior stakeholders and leading strategic planning for multiple brands or clients, understanding of integrated media strategy across offline, digital, and performance channels, Familiarity with data-driven planning, measurement frameworks, and attribution models, Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage workloads, and drive high performance, decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities, Ability to think beyond standard media solutions and develop innovative approaches to solve business challenges, capability to interpret complex data and translate insights into compelling strategic narratives
