Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 1 or more years of fitness instructor work experience, CPR/AED Certification, Minimum of one Group Exercise Certification, Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of class, Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds, Ability to perform exercises specific to assigned class

Provide cutting-edge group fitness instruction
Act as fitness resource for participants
Maintain positive relationships with members
Encourage continued class attendance
Meet daily class attendance goals
Promote Life Time programs
Instruct a variety of group fitness formats
Listen tentatively to members
Answer member questions
Engage in conversation before and after classes
Clean and organize studio space after each class
Provide current music for each class
Ensure appropriate language in music
