Must Have
3+ years’ direct management experience of a healthcare clinic or center(s) required, Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and performance management, Experience developing and managing a budget in a healthcare setting, Understanding of key financial and operational drivers in healthcare practice, Experience with QAPI, Emergency Management, Patient Safety, Employee Safety and Risk Management in a clinical setting, organization and time management skills, Effective team leadership and critical thinking skills with proven ability to make sound decisions, Possess an elevated level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, Experience managing ambulatory surgical services or multi-specialty clinics strongly preferred, Proficiency with office software (Preferably ECWR, MS Office suite, Teams, and virtual meetings)

United Vein delivering work with respective Payroll and Human Resources teams. • Support marketing initiatives in collaboration with Physician Liaison(s). • Demonstrate and promote a work culture committed to UVVC’s Core Values: Understanding, Nurturing, Ingenuity, Trust, Excellence and Diversity. • Demonstrates behaviors that are consistent with UVVC’s Standards of Conduct as outlined in our Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct • Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations.
