What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Masters degree in mental health or related field, Experience working with youth and young adults, Well versed in a variety of modalities, Ability to work effectively in a team, Reliable WIFI connection, Familiarity with cloud-based communication software, Familiarity with EMR and outcomes survey software
Nice to Have
DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus
What You'll Do.
Complete onboarding requirements
Meet with supervisor for check-ins
Respond to email and Slack communication
Review curriculum prior to group start
Facilitate groups for the entirety of the hour
Facilitate groups following best practices
Foster client engagement and group cohesion
Monitor treatment documentation
Maintain professional ethics
