What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with integrated expertise in both design and copy, Proven experience in telecom, consumer electronics, or similarly complex product-driven industries, portfolio demonstrating: Strategic brand development, Product and digital experience design (UI/UX), Integrated campaigns and storytelling, Demonstrated success leading creative efforts through major transformations (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, or rebrands), Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, digital ecosystems, and omnichannel experiences, Experience working with or implementing AI-enabled creative tools and workflows, Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at senior client levels, Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
