Must Have
Higher business education (Controlling/Accounting/Business Informatics), Relevant professional experience, ideally in controlling, Very good knowledge of the Windows and Microsoft product range, Independent, structured and proactive personality with strong analytical thinking skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge in data modeling (e.g. SQL) is an advantage, Good knowledge in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
What You'll Do.
Act as a contact and sparring partner for management on business and financial management topics and tasks.
Independently create meaningful reports and ad-hoc analyses.
Continuously work on the further development of existing reporting structures.
Conceive cross-departmental dashboards (e.g. in Power BI) to ensure optimal visualization of relevant company data.
Take over sub-areas of budgeting
and monthly reporting to create a sound basis for strategic decisions.
Be significantly involved in projects that span various company areas and take on topic leadership in defined areas.
Deliver all necessary decision-making bases and action recommendations for successful company steering.
Work closely in joint projects with Group Controlling.

Du bist Ansprech- und Sparringpartnerin für das Management für betriebs- und finanzwirtschaftliche Themen und Aufgabenstellungen. * Eigenverantwortlich erstellst du aussagekräftige Berichte sowie Ad-hoc Analysen und arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Reporting-Strukturen. * Du konzipierst abteilungsübergreifende Dashboards (u. a. im Power BI) um die optimale Visualisierung relevanter Unternehmensdaten zu gewährleisten. * In der Rolle übernimmst du Teilbereiche der Budgetierung, des Forecastings und des Monatsreportings, um eine fundierte Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen zu schaffen. * Du bist maßgeblich an Projekten beteiligt, die verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche überspannen, und übernimmst Themenführerschaften in definierten Bereichen. Als Controller lieferst du alle erforderlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen für eine erfolgreiche Steuerung des Unternehmens und gleichzeitig arbeitest du eng in gemeinsamen Projekten mit dem Group Controlling zusammen.
