Full Job Description
## Description We are looking for an experienced Group Controller to own the day to day financial operations of our French and international perimeter, working closely with the finance team (5 persons) and reporting directly to the CFO. This role is open to fully remote candidates from France & Europe, or on-site at our Paris headquarters, with flexible hybrid arrangements welcome. Operating in a Private Equity-backed environment and supporting the integration of two recent acquisitions (France & US), the Group Controller will take ownership of the financial operations across a dozen of international legal entities with potential new add-ons in the future. The Group Controller will be a key member of the finance team during an important period of growth, scaling rapidly through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Current finance stack (Pennylane, Xero, Payhawk, Payfit, etc.) The key responsibilities are as follows: ## Closing and reporting Oversee the production of the monthly consolidated reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to ensure of its quality and delivery on time Coordinate annual financial statement preparation (management account, IFRS consolidation, transfer pricing, IC reconciliation, etc.) Manage the reinternalization of the monthly closing process for the US acquisition in coordination with the external US accounting firm ## Financial operations Manage all accounting operations for the group including: Billing A/R, A/P, G/L Revenue Recognition Group consolidation Intercompany transactions Coordinate the auditors work and act the primary contact Overseeing cash collection Lead the upcoming ERP implementation Contribution to due diligence, refinancing, or exit processes as required ## Budgeting and forecasting, alongside with the FP&A analyst and CFO Contribute to the annual budget preparation Maintain and update the short-term cash-flow forecast ## Internal Controls & Process Improvement Document and strengthen intercompany accountin
