As a trusted business partner to management and international stakeholders, you will support the sustainable development of an established business environment with a strong focus on cost management and operational processes. * Independently prepare, analyze, and further develop management reports, while coordinating forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes at group level * Advise and support the management teams of the SWARCO companies and the Holding on financial and business-related matters as well as strategic and operational decision-making * Conduct in-depth financial and business analyses and derive actionable recommendations to support business performance management * Contribute to international finance, transformation, and SAP projects, including supporting SAP rollouts across international subsidiaries * Further develop, standardize, and harmonize controlling processes, tools, reporting structures, as well as relevant policies and standards * Serve as the central point of contact for SAP FI/CO topics, master data management, and ensuring high data and process quality within Controlling * Identify and implement optimization and automation opportunities in reporting and controlling processes * Collaborate closely with local finance teams, business departments, and international stakeholders across the global finance community ## Qualifications * University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification * Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 10+ years) in Controlling or Finance, pre
