fully qualified lawyer, experienced compliance professional (m/f/d), 5+ years of responsibility for compliance in an international corporation or specialized consultancy, deep expertise in key compliance‑relevant areas of law, especially competition and antitrust law, ability to turn legal requirements into clear, pragmatic guidance, interest in business and economic contexts, enjoyment of strategic, conceptual work at the interface of law, governance, and value creation, excellent communication skills, marked conceptual strength, collaborative mindset, self‑driven, committed, and solution‑oriented working style, fluency in German and English, confident use of AI tools to design and roll out policies and self‑services efficiently
