Must Have

15–20+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, investment, or luxury real estate, Proven track record as CEO / Managing Director / Executive Director, Experience managing high-value luxury or ultra-luxury developments, Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving profitability, Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen, Deep understanding of real estate finance, development cycles, and sales strategy, Leadership presence with stakeholder management skills, Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Nice to Have

exposure to Dubai or GCC real estate market, Experience with branded residences / ultra-luxury developments, Exposure to global markets (Europe, UK, US, or prime luxury hubs), MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution
