Must Have
Post secondary diploma or degree in business, mathematics or related disciplines., Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in analyst or related role in group benefits., Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel., Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
What You'll Do.
Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical
disability and special risk benefits for clients.
Lead annual renewal analysis and negotiations with prepare client reports and presentations
Conduct experience reporting
budget projections and reviewing plan financial performance
Review financial statements for accuracy and adherence to underwriting agreements
Conduct marketing's by preparing and submitting specifications
Gather data and determine cost impact for plan design changes
Monitor carrier/provider services standards
Support the consulting team in preparing documents for client presentations and meetings
Participate in industry conferences

Build relationships with clients

Full Job Description
The Benefits Analyst will provide group benefits consulting support, including design, financial management and ongoing servicing for existing clients and prospects.
