Process all group in system

Create group rate code

Verify room block and rate information

Hard block suites or special room requests

Manage inventory as per group contract

Communicate all group activity

Provide group contact with room block report

Provide Accounting with rooming list

Communicate group activity to Director of Revenue Management

Maintain accurate inventory linked with GSC

Provide reservations and Front Desk Staff with rate

Ensure rate information is setup

Ensure advance deposit is setup

Ensure cancellation policy is setup

Provide Conference Service Manager with Special Attention information

Provide Conference Service Manager with VIP information

Answer phone inquiries

Handle reservations made at the hotel

Handle reservations through other channels

Handle guest complaints

Complete a room reservation

Code all reservations

Check for special requests

Hard block rooms for special requests

Inform Manager of VIP guests

Obtain arrival times for VIPs

Use Electronic Data Capture Machine

Recite hotel facilities information

Recite hotel hours of operation

Recite key personnel information

Recite special activities information

Contact guests or travel planners to clarify discrepancies

Reserve Hotel Restaurant

Assist with phone calls to hotel

Determine potential guest accommodation needs

Participate in problem solving situations

Utilize guest history program

Utilize computer system for reservations

Process Employee Comp requests

Handle Friends & Family requests

Process internal reservations

Process management reservations

Process reservations from Central Reservations Office
