Every Day. * Coordinate and ensure the quality of monthly reporting from subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations * Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and review IFRS reporting packages * Assist in the implementation of central holding functions within the company's Group Accounting department * Provide professional and system-related support and advisory services to domestic and international subsidiaries * Manage and further develop consolidation processes, including consolidation and reporting software (SAP SEM-BCS) * Establish and enhance group accounting and accounting policies, and maintain the group chart of accounts in SAP * Prepare and analyze specific accounting matters in accordance with IFRS * Support post-acquisition integration processes and internal transformation projects ## Qualifications * Completed degree in Business Administration (University or University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on Finance/Accounting, or a comparable qualification * Knowledge of IFRS and Austrian GAAP (UGB) * Solid practical experience in group accounting/consolidation and basic knowledge of international tax law * Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (especially SAP) is an advantage * Strong MS Excel skills * Strong analytical and cross-functional thinking skills, with a solid understanding of financial and business interrelationships * Excellent written and spoken German and English skills * Strong communic
