What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field., 7–10 years’ experience in account management, client relations, or facilities management., Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously., background in facilities management or property operations., Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., financial acumen (budget management, P&L responsibility)., Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Nice to Have
Experience in Philippine commercial real estate or facilities management., Understanding of Philippine building regulations and labor law., Engineering background and/or project management training., Familiarity with facilities management systems and CRM platforms.

Facilitate communication and conduct site visits to maintain operational excellence., Ensure Financial & Risk Controls: Oversee account budgets, monitor financial performance, manage invoicing, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, JLL policies, and client requirements.
