What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7-10+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or integrated marketing, 4+ years in leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams, Proven ability to drive client business strategy, Deep understanding of platform algorithms, performance marketing, and content engagement strategies, Experience in social media-driven brand storytelling, Expertise in operational rigor, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, Experience managing senior-level client relationships, Financial management expertise, Highly adaptable and solutions-focused, Experience in Asana or similar project management tools
Nice to Have
Leadership roles managing social strategy, creative, influencer, paid media, data, and community engagement
What You'll Do.
Lead client business strategy
and measurement framework
Develop deep understanding of POD functions
Serve as final decision-maker for client work
Uphold best-in-class creative output
Balance creative excellence with operational discipline
Set POD priorities and oversee project delivery
Own POD performance reporting and accountability
Implement operational rigor for resource management
Lead client experience throughout project cycle
Centralize client communication and relationship management
Manage client input briefs
Own and manage Scope of Work (SOW) process
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Ensure integrity of work by identifying challenges
Review and approve all deliverables
Foster agency-wide collaboration
Identify opportunities for internal centers of excellence
Implement operational rigor for efficient business performance
Support burn report and utilization reviews
Oversee and track high-level budgets
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with teams across Content & Engagement, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Strategy, Data & Insights, and Project Management; Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between POD, Group Lead, and Centers of Excellence teams; Foster agency-wide collaboration across all disciplines; Collaborate with internal centers of excellence to enhance POD performance
Communication Scope
Excellent Communicator – Clear, concise, and adaptable in all forms of communication, with the ability to present confidently.
Process & Methodology
Oversee project delivery and timeline management, Implement operational rigor to optimize workflow efficiency and process improvements, Manage client input briefs and ensure accurate routing and execution, Own and manage the Scope of Work (SOW) process, Oversee workflow optimization and process implementation, Support burn report and utilization reviews, Track high-level budgets, vendor spend, and campaign investments
