The Opportunity As a Group Account Director, you will act as the executive lead for some of our most strategically important client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise client partnership, commercial growth, operational leadership, and creative production excellence. You’ll oversee a global high-performing account with a regional creative production ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders in AUNZ, while driving innovation, margin growth, and long-term value. You’ll lead a cross-functional team that includes creative, production and operational talent, and ensure every facet of the relationship, from day-to-day delivery to long-term transformation, is world-class. You will be expected to set and execute a strategic growth agenda, penetrate new business units, and expand our footprint across business units, capabilities, and deliverables. Internally, you'll serve as a senior operator, designing and evolving workflows, scaling AI-powered efficiencies, and partnering with executive leadership to shape the future of how we deliver.
