Nice to Have
previous experience as a groundsman, working within a rail team is preferred, experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in operating heavy equipment (loaders, cranes, shuttle trains)

American Iron & Metal (AIM) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Groundsman / Operator to join our Rail Team in Montréal-Est, Québec, from Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. In this role, you are responsible for providing safe and efficient rail car switching services working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and great communication skills.
