Ensure safety and normal operation of sites; Maintain uniform, orderly appearance of sites; Ensure safety and prevent additional damage

Constant lifting ten (10) to twenty (20) pounds, Frequent lifting over fifty (50) pounds, Constant bending, standing, extensive walking, reaching, kneeling, stooping, climbing, Occasional sitting, crawling, On call with varying work shifts on short notice, including nights and weekends or before/after regularly scheduled shift

What You'll Do.
Perform grounds maintenance and repair
Operate landscaping equipment
Install and repair equipment
Ensure playground work order repair requests are performed
Perform welding for installation
repairing and maintenance
Prepare grounds areas for landscaping and construction
Complete daily work orders
Operate complex grounds maintenance equipment
Operate and maintain plow equipment
Maintain District irrigation systems
Provide snow removal on call
Maintain grounds areas and playgrounds
Repair concrete and asphalt
Lay out and stripe athletic fields
