Groundskeeper – Now-August Summer Temp Full Time 📍 Austin, TX | Locations Available: Bexley 3Five - South Austin Bexley at Anderson Mill - Cedar Park Looking for a GREAT summer job with good pay? This is a FULL TIME TEMPORARY position that can start NOW and will run thru AUGUST! *Potential to come on board permanently if you are performing well and we have an opportunity available! Weinstein Properties is looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team for the summer. This is a temporary opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that takes pride in its community, this could be a great fit. What We Offer Pay: $19.50/hour (these rates are $1.50/hour higher than permanent starting pay since this temporary position is NOT eligible for benefits/quarterly bonuses Stay Bonus: 3 Bonus opportunities - $100 after each successful completion of 30, 60 and 90 days for staying onboard through the summer! Your Schedule FULL-TIME: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia.
