Curb appeal isn't an accident, it's you. **You might be our person if…** * You move through the day with purpose and don't need to be told twice. * You take ownership of the property like it's yours. * You're a team player who jumps in wherever you're needed without being asked. ### **Responsibilities** * Walk the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste and keep all common areas and amenities clean and presentable at all times * Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and keep storage areas clean and organized * Assist the service team with minor requests and the turn process as needed * Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool gates are functioning and up to code * Pressure wash breezeways and common areas, perform general cleaning, and assist with painting curbs and signage as needed * Participate in safety meetings and follow all OSHA and safety requirements **Requirements** * No prior experience required, we'll train the right person * A strong work ethic and a good eye for what needs attention * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance * Weekend availability as needed * A positive attitude and genuine pride in the space you maintain
