What You'll Do.

Maintain common areas and grounds

Keep property inspection-ready

Inspect community cleanliness

Keep streets and curbs free of debris

Ensure trash chutes are clean

Keep compactor pad area clean

Prepare for landscaping ground walks

Empty trash in common areas

Keep parking lot and entrance neat

Test pool/spa chemical levels

Record pool/spa chemical readings

Arrange pool furniture

Sweep and clean pool decks

Equip grills with wire brushes

Rake gravel in picnic area

Check car wash hoses and nozzles

Keep breezeways free of debris

Keep building entrances clean

Keep sidewalks free of hazards

Keep building access free of hazards

Assist Maintenance Manager

Climb down into trash compactor hopper

Remove obstructions from compactor

Check Leasing Office for resident items

Report problems to management

Secure equipment in locked room
