We aim to be an innovative and improving company that exceeds our customers’ expectations while operating in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way. **We are currently recruiting for a Groundskeeper at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.** **Shift & Hours of work: **Monday to Friday - Fixed Shift, working 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs **Salary:** £12.90 ### Key Responsibilities * Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering. * Maintain and repair outdoor equipment and structures such as fences, benches, and pathways. * Ensure grounds are free from litter and debris. * Carry out seasonal landscaping duties such as leaf clearance and snow removal as required. * Operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and efficiently. * Report any issues or repairs needed to management. * Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties. **Requirements** * Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar role. * Knowledge of horticultural practices and landscaping maintenance. * Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery and tools safely. * Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Basic understanding of health and safety practices related to grounds maintenance. **Benefits** * Long Service Awards * Employee of the Month & On the Spot Awards * Discounted Staff Sales * Life Assurance * Access to Free Wellbeing Services (inc. counselling and financial advice). * Retailer Discount Sc
