Nice to Have
Familiarity with Winter Park Resort, High school diploma or GED, 1-2 years grounds/landscape work, Operation of skid-steer loaders, Experience working with public, Demonstrated ability to remain calm, Driving experience, Small equipment operation experience
What You'll Do.
Collect trash and recycling
Deposit trash and recycling
Perform trash removal and litter pick up
Perform general grounds maintenance tasks
Install and maintain fences
Repair outdoor furniture
Install delineators and signs
Perform work area housekeeping
Operate and maintain lawn mowers
Operate and maintain weed wackers
Operate and maintain manual sprayers
Perform landscaping tasks
Perform tree and shrub maintenance
Perform upkeep of playground equipment
Perform upkeep of gazebo area
Sand playground equipment
Stain playground equipment
Repair playground equipment
Inspect grounds for maintenance needs
Inspect grounds for potential hazards
Monitor pedestrian flow
Report unsafe conditions
Correct unsafe conditions
Follow safety procedures
Utilize appropriate safety equipment
Assist with accidents
Follow accident reporting procedures
Complete village logs
