Must Have
Valid Drivers License, Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 35 pounds, Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hour, Able to work weekends and holidays, Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
What You'll Do.
Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work
Empties all trash cans at pools
three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed
Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers
Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway
Sweeps curbs and sidewalks
Cleans grounds and removes litter
Empty trash cans in the public area buildings
Operates trash compactor
Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers
Leaves work area in a clean
neat and safe condition
Other duties may be assigned
