Pay Rate: $18/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. As the Grounds Person, you will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our resort. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on outdoor work, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and orderly, and can work independently with minimal supervision. What you will do: * Operate pickup trucks, golf carts, and other light equipment to complete daily duties. * Empty all outdoor trash cans, including pool areas and community spaces. * Pick up debris along curbs, walkways, and throughout the resort grounds. * Maintain walkways, roads, and common paths through regular leaf blowing and debris removal. * Power wash walkways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces as needed. * Clean and maintain BBQ grills to ensure they are safe and ready for gu
