Ability to operate hand-held tools and equipment, Ability to operate larger mechanical equipment, Ability to accurately use measuring devices, Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates, contractor personnel, and client families

What You'll Do.
Organize and supervise grounds staff daily
Lay out grave sites and prepare them for burials
Set memorials and markers
Perform lawn maintenance
Collect trash or debris from grounds
Recruit and manage grounds staff performance
Fill any role required in grounds keeping
Verify accuracy of interment locations
Prepare sites for services
Comply with client family wishes
Train and supervise grounds crew
Maintain existing memorials and crypts
Ensure appropriate image to client families
Schedule and delegate work assignments
Maintain a safe working environment
Train staff in safety rules
Ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain proper inventories
Purchase safety equipment and supplies
Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained
