Must Have
completed university degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Communications (Network), or equivalent qualification, knowledge and practical experience in processes and standards of the space industry (e. g. , ECSS, CCSDS), experience in systems engineering, experience with corresponding methods and tools, Interest and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new technologies, fluent German and English

We are looking for a candidate to become our new Satellite Ground Engineer (d/m/f) with focus on ground stations and telecommunication for national space projects within Airbus Space Engineering, located in Friedrichshafen, Germany. You will be a member of the System Architecture & Lead Engineering Team with great team-players aside you. You will join a diverse and empowered team working on Space & Ground Systems Architectures, Secure Space Solutions, Systems Engineering, Development, Operations, Data Processing, and Performance Modelling. You develop innovative solutions for direct links between satellites and ground stations as well as for indirect communication via relay
