Secret Clearance Post-Start, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 2+ years of Engineering or operational training experience, Willing to travel domestically

Nice to Have

5+ years of related work experience, Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, Experience with Agile processes, Basic orbital dynamics, RF communications, satellite links, transponder loading, and military communication architectures, Experience with Satellite Bus and Payload Resource Management, Familiarity with System Integration and Test processes and execution, Operational knowledge of key MILSATCOM systems

What You'll Do.

Design training curriculum

Evolve training curriculum

Prepare personnel for system operations

optimize communication payloads

Apply interdisciplinary approach to system design

Evaluate customer needs

Define system performance requirements

Integrate technical parameters

Assure interface compatibility

Perform analyses to optimize architecture

Develop certification standards

Develop operations documentation

Deliver training to operations personnel

Work with supplier/contractor software teams

Work with system engineering teams

Support customer's delivered system

Generate requirements

Develop ground mission planning system

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Participate in requirements reviews; Participate in architecture reviews; Work well in a team environment; Interact with System Engineers/Analysts/Software developers; Interact with Integrated Product Team members; Present at program major reviews; Lead technical contents of system documents; Partner with system engineers; Partner with space operators; Partner with network managers; Work with customer on requirement generation; Collaborative approach; Cross-functional collaboration

Communication Scope

Excellent communications skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Experience in presenting at program major reviews; Lead the technical contents of all system technical documents
