5+ years of related work experience, Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, Experience with Agile processes, Basic orbital dynamics, RF communications, Satellite links, Transponder loading, Military communication architectures, Experience with Satellite Bus and Payload Resource Management, Familiarity with System Integration and Test processes and execution, Operational knowledge of key MILSATCOM systems

Ground MILSATCOM Systems Engineer Trainer – (Associate or Mid-Level) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space and Security** (BDS), Space & Mission Systems MILSATCOM Program, is seeking **Ground MILSATCOM Systems Engineer Trainers (Level 2 or 3)** to provide leadership and guidance in development of our nation’s next generation of satellite ground mission planning systems in **Colorado Springs, CO.** We are seeking an Operations Trainer to design, deliver, and evolve the training curriculum and associated operational documentation for Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Mission Planning systems. You will prepare military personnel, civilian operators, and contractors to configure, schedule, and optimize critical strategic and tactical communication payloads. This role directly ensures combat readiness and uninterrupted secure communications for joint and coalition warfighters.
