S. export control compliance requirements, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62 required, Satisfy Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Must Have
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, US Citizenship, Interim and/or final U. S. Secret Clearance Post-Start, Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 2+ years of Engineering or operational training experience, Willing to travel domestically
Nice to Have
5+ years of related work experience, Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, Experience with Agile processes, Basic orbital dynamics, RF communications, Satellite links, Transponder loading, Military communication architectures, Experience with Satellite Bus and Payload Resource Management, Familiarity with System Integration and Test processes and execution, Operational knowledge of key MILSATCOM systems

Create and execute operational simulation exercises
Define qualification baselines
Evaluate trainee proficiency
Maintain compliance and certification records
Update technical training manuals
Partner to translate technical capabilities into training
Apply interdisciplinary approach to plan
Evaluate customer/operational needs
Define system performance requirements
Integrate technical parameters
Assure compatibility of interfaces
Perform analyses to optimize system architecture
Develop operations documentation
Deliver training to operations personnel
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Participate in requirements, architecture reviews; Interact well with System Engineers/Analysts/Software developers; Work with members of the Integrated Product Team; Cross-Functional Collaboration; Partner with system engineers, space operators, and network managers; Work with supplier/contractor software, system engineering, and test teams; Work closely with customer on requirement generation; Collaborative causal, but professional mentoring environment
Communication Scope
Excellent communications skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Presenting at program major reviews; Lead the technical contents of all system technical documents
Process & Methodology
Plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
