Must Have
Experience in an administrative or office support role, data entry, reporting and document management capability, Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, debtors/creditors), Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, High level of attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving and organisational skills, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support to the Chief Steward Greyhounds and Integrity team
Coordinate race day documentation
including Stewards’ reports and correspondence
Enter and maintain integrity data
penalties and statistics
Prepare inquiry documentation
transcripts and reporting outputs
Monitor phones and emails
responding to stakeholder enquiries
Support operational activities including travel
accounts and race day readiness
