Full Job Description
The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager – Global Engineering to drive strategic initiatives for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) building systems across Amazon's global corporate office portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and executing programs that optimize building system performance, enhance operational efficiency, and advance sustainability goals across 500+ office buildings worldwide. The ideal candidate is a technically-skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining strong program management capabilities with expertise in MEP systems. They should be able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while driving data-driven decisions that balance innovation, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. This role requires someone who can operate independently, tackle ambiguous challenges, and deliver results through influence rather than direct authority. This role requires up to 10% travel to support global program implementation.
