Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is seeking an innovative and experienced Sr MEP Engineering Manager to lead the development and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across our global corporate office portfolio. This role will be responsible for establishing engineering standards, driving operational excellence, and implementing sustainable solutions for over 500 office buildings worldwide. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in building systems with strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. They will work cross-functionally to develop and execute global engineering initiatives that enhance workplace environments, improve operational efficiency, and advance sustainability goals. This role requires someone who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships, drive data-driven decisions, and balance innovation with cost-effectiveness at a global scale. This role requires up to 10% travel to support global program implementation.
