Must Have
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Must be at least 18 years of age, pass a criminal background and drug screen, One to three month(s) related experience, Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system, Ability to read, speak and write standard English language, Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems, Ability to perform general typing and and/or basic computer skills, Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in stressful situations
What You'll Do.
Welcome guests to the hotel
Assist with guest inquiries
and initial questions
friendly and professional demeanor
Acknowledge and greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
Answer the telephone promptly and within standards
Use salutation of the day
Demonstrate a willingness and ability to assist others
Monitor and respond to emergencies on a priority basis
Practice proper client and/or Towne Park phone etiquette
Assist visitors with directions
information and other inquiries
Provide guests with information about outlets
meeting rooms and/or amenities
Ensure that patient and business confidentiality is maintained
items and/or amenities as requested
Report all accidents and incidents observed on shift
Use only equipment trained to use
Operate all equipment in a safe manner
Be knowledgeable of hospital disaster codes and response plans
Follow client standard operating procedures for disaster codes and response plans

Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $24 per hour with a $1 shift differeintal based on overnight. **Work Schedule:** The work schedule for this position is Monday through Sunday, work hours varies. **Benefits:** Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits.
