What You'll Do.
Perform daily golf course maintenance duties
Handle preventive maintenance of all golf course equipment
Clean and maintain all equipment after use
Demonstrate leadership by assisting in guiding and supporting the crew
Train new employees on all aspects of golf course maintenance
Communicate effectively with the Superintendent
Assistant Superintendent
and Equipment Technicians
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
and traffic stakes are properly placed
Pick up trash across the golf course daily
Participate willingly in resort-wide work events
Maintain flexibility in scheduling to support operational demands
Work independently with limited supervision
Provide supervisory support and leadership in the absence of management
