As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and moderating user-generated content according to community standards and company policies. ### Key Responsibilities * Review and moderate user-generated content in Greek to ensure compliance with community guidelines. * Classify and assess content accurately based on established policies and standards. * Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams. * Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies. * Work collaboratively with the moderation team to maintain and improve quality standards. * Keep up-to-date with company policies related to content moderation and online community engagement. **Requirements** * Fluency in Greek (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. * Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. * Excellent communication skills for effective moderation decisions and team collaboration. * Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with discretion. * Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is advantageous. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. * Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a team. **Benefits** 1.
