What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6 +years of experience working in governance risk and compliance functions, Experience working with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, SOC audit experience is required, Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Self-driven with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and variable in a dynamic and fast moving large scale project with tight deadline, Attention to Detail and quality is an absolute must, Willingness to work in an international team, with project meetings several time a week in odd hours to support the Americias, Europe and Asia
Nice to Have
Big 4 Audit and Compliance experience is highly desirable, experience with GDPR, J-SOX or SOX is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Support and advise the Director of GRC and the CISO on all related to risk and compliance for the enterprise
Support and coordinate the annual risk assessment and the vendor risk process
Coordinating between Internal Audit
and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable regulation and standards
Liasing with other Hitachi group companies
Ensuring that information security policies
procedures and standards are periodically reviewed
and relevant for the enterprise
Supporting the programs by which we ensure compliance by the employee base with information security policies
Assist in coordination with the Disaster Recovery and Incident and Response teams to establish policy and procedure
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinating between Internal Audit, external auditors, and other regulatory bodies; Liasing with other Hitachi group companies, including communications with key stakeholders in Japan, India, Poland, Mexico and the United States; Willingness to work in an international team, with project meetings several time a week in odd hours to support the Americias, Europe and Asia
